Poppy has a BA (Hons) in History and many years of experience in both fundraising and the retail sector. She knows the importance of excellent customer service, and maintains the highest standards to ensure all our clients have the best experience possible. Whether in person, on the phone or via email – she’s friendly, patient, empathetic and an excellent problem solver.
Poppy’s always had an interest in legal justice, particularly the Family Law sector, which stems from an inherent desire to help others. From answering phone calls to responding to queries, transcribing meetings to being a welcoming first point of contact for our clients – she’s far more than just an administrator. She’s an intrinsic part of the Bath Family Law team.
