Support tailored to your needs
We offer a range of affordable packages depending on your circumstances and the complexity of your case. Our support proposals are written in plain English and include a summary of your legal position and easy to understand estimates of time frames and fees.

Our support proposals include a one-off administration charge, per matter. So, unlike most high street legal support, we only charge for time used to progress your case. This means we don’t bill a standard fee for the administration of a call or email, simple file transfers or downloads, or postage, to name a few.
In addition to our affordable prices, you should expect to pay court application fees, court ordered penalties (like costs orders) and other costs outside of our direct control. We will always endeavour to find exemption to application fees, and to mitigate any court ordered penalties.
The not-for-profit social enterprise, Affordable Family Law Group Community Interest Company (AFLG), was established to bridge the gap between legal aid and private representation. If you meet the eligibility criteria for this option, you will be referred directly by our team.
AFLG offers a cost-effective, streamlined service providing focused and practical legal support. It is subsidised by grant funding to help you achieve a full resolution of your family law matter at an affordable price point.
